Weather widget click should activate Google Now #298

Currently, clicking the weather widget brings up a Google search for the term 
"weather," which isn't too helpful. It would be better if a click brought up 
Google Now. Better still would be for the action to be user configurable.

This is already configurable.

I see that it is configurable (I didn't quite understand the meaning of 
everything on the UI at the time I filled this). However, while I can choose 
from many apps, Google Now is not one of the available choices. Thus, this 
issue is not invalid
