Display Notifications from the Notification Bar #313

Idea: Add an extension that displays the Notifications from the Notification 
Bar. 

Pros: 
+Instant support for millions of apps 
+No need for the developers to enable dashclock 
+Notifications can be read without unlocking the Phone/Tabled 
+... 

Cons: 
-Might require Root 
-Problems with "special" notifications(E.g. "Just Playing") with buttons 
-Needs multiple instances 
-Notification Icons will be too small 
-Privacy 
-... 

Additional Features: 
-White/Blacklist for Apps, other Notifications won't be displayed 
-... 

I know this is not easy, and might not be worth the afford, but I just wanted 
to share this Idea

There are third party extensions that do this.
