Overflow menu clips on screen edge

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the locale to it-IT
2. Open the Configuration Activity
3. Tap the Overflow Menu button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see the whole horizontal Overflow Menu contents. I instead see it 
clipped on the right side, missing the last letter of the first item and its 
right padding. See attached screenshot.

What version of the product are you using?
Built from sources, at f75f8bca84ca

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Talapia, CM 10.1 m1 (Android 4.2.1)

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Apex Launcher, but this has nothing to do with the Configuration Activity.

string for the first menu item. Please refer to issue 181
