Put files into different folders by functionality #14

This commit is preparation for supporting SWR.

Move common modules which are used by React-Query and SWR into /common
Move the rest modules into /react-query

If there is no problem with this PR, I will create a new folder /swr on the same layer of folder /react-query, and put the SWR related code into it.
