Weird labeling of bars in graph #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Countries data set to Bar chart
2. Change grouping to "continent"
3. Change label to "capital"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Australia" bar has label "Canberra" (instead of Australia).

TextResourceSetToValueResolver seems to be part of this problem.

TextResourceSetToValueResolver was renamed to TextPropertyValueResolver
