Separate drag and drop functionality from core module #135

The drag and drop functionality is deeply embedded into the Choosel core module 
right now. To allow for better component reuse, especially outside the 
workbench, it should be separated such that components do not need to be aware 
of the dnd.

The viewcontentdisplays forward events now, and pluggable behaviors have been 
implemented. Needs some test fixing and configuration options.

Completed. Refactoring the view initialization should be handled in a separate 
issue.
