It should be easily possible to create new applications based on the
Choosel framework. Hoewever, the code for the Bio-Mixer application and the
Chisel-Mashups demo application is not separated from the framework code.
The goal of this task is to pull out the application specific code into
separate projects and to introduce appropriate interfaces for extending the
framework.
