Graph breaking when adding all workitems. #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the WorkItemExplorer, open up a graph. 
2. Click the WorkItem Data button, and add all of the work items to the graph

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All of the work items should be added, however, they are not all getting added. 
 A random number, usually between 0 and 3 are added.
