Expanding large neighbourhood (>50 nodes) problematic #3

Expanding a large neighborhood in the graph view can lead to slow layout
(in the worst case to in non-responding browser) and to a cluttered graph
view. Before expanding a neighbourhood with more than 25 nodes, the user
should be warned and be given the opportunity to cancel the operation (e.g.
using a message window).
