Add configuration dialog for resource into resource item aggregation

Step 1: Extend ResourceSplitter such that the categorizer can be changed, and 
the right events are triggered.

Step 2: Add empty configuration dialog to DefaultView, similar to the popup for 
the ViewContentActions

Step 3: Offer several options in this dialog and trigger updates to the 
ResourceSplitter
