Team view and core functionality

The manager should be able to see a "Team" tab. Writers should not see this tab.

Within the team tab, you should be able to:

• Create teams
• Edit team members (invite, remove)
• Delete teams
• Show which teams are assigned to a project
• Assign teams to a project

Teams are needed to be able to build future functionality like the talent marketplace. The intent will be to be able to create a team and fill it with freelancers from the marketplace so that a project can be completed. Instant scaling.

For team creation the flow should be:

• Create team button opens the CreateTeamModal.vue with the Modal component
• Inside of the modal we will be able to:
  • Name the team
  • Search the list of users
  • Add users to this team

This does mean that we'll have a separate flow for inviting users into the Vewrite platform. We could have an option to simply add an email and it will invite a user to join Vewrite. I'm disinclined to go this route both because of the added UI complexity and because it will make building all of this much more complex.
