Add teams functionality to Projects

Now that we have teams, we should add it to the Projects.

This means that Projects should:

[X] Require a team to be created
[X] Disallow Project creation without a team created
[ ] Users should have Projects displayed if they are a team_member and not just if they are the owner

Mostly this is done, but I need a more general way to split how you view content that you own/participate in
