Icon/Logo for Gurtle #30

Gurtle needs its own icon and logo.

Icon to be used for the dialogs.
Logo to be used in the installer and the Google-Code project page.

I was thinking of using the TSVN logo, but change the colors to the Google 
colors.

I second that design! Google colors could go on the shell of the tortoise. :)

The TSVN logo can be found here:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/doc/logo

I recommend using the svg files and edit them in InkScape (open source vector 
drawing
app). It can then easily be scaled and converted to whatever format we need.

Done and attached. What do you think? Too close to TSVN? Can you work with this 
to
create icons and bitmaps for the project, executable, docs and installer?

Added icons and logo files in r121.

TODO: include the icon in the dialogs and add the logo to the Google Code 
project page.
