Any good ideas on where one can get such a logo designed?

I was thinking of using the TSVN logo, but change the colors to the Google
colors.

I second that design! Google colors could go on the shell of the tortoise. :)

I recommend using the svg files and edit them in InkScape (open source vector
drawing
app). It can then easily be scaled and converted to whatever format we need.

Done and attached. What do you think? Too close to TSVN? Can you work with this
to
create icons and bitmaps for the project, executable, docs and installer?

TODO: include the icon in the dialogs and add the logo to the Google Code
project page.
