What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

Can we have links in tortoisesvn's Show Log to the issue?  Similar to how
tortoise/fogbugz integration works?  What about having links in the issue
to the diff showing resolution?  Is this even possible?

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

Better workflow/integration.

Yes, it's possible. But that has nothing to do with Gurtle but only with 
TortoiseSVN.
