Theme is not reset when switching tabs with PWAs #3

When switching tabs from one PWA which sets a color to another, which apparently does not, the theme / color is not reset. For example (with three tabs open):

  1. Switch to https://hn.premii.com/ and toolbars will turn orange
  2. Switch to https://twitter.com/ and toolbars will stay orange
  3. Switch to https://example.com/ and toolbars will reset
  4. Switch to https://twitter.com/ and toolbar will stay reset
