cleanup repository #49

Before we publish the repo, we should do a general cleanup of the entire repo and remove anything that is not necessary anymore.

Started doing some cleanup in branch i49_cleanup

I think dev_setup.sh can be removed and in vocabulary, only raml.ttl and raml.jsonld should remain, renamed to amf.ttl and amf.jsonld

Created a PR with cleanup that I can think of https://github.com/raml-org/api-modeling-framework/pull/54

Maybe @antoniogarrote will think of more things to remove later.
