Broken document links at http://raml.org/spec.html #18

There are 8 links at http://raml.org/spec.html that point to localhost instead of the correct heading in the documentation.

For example:

according to the <a href="http://localhost:5000/#named-parameters">Named Parameters section</a>

These same links work just fine from GitHub however.

Thanks - good find! Just updated the raml.org site with anchors and the appropriate base url.
