Don't include RAMLVersion in the document #9

The RAMLVersion should not be a part of the document itself, but a part of high level part with "document" and "errors". Reference: https://github.com/mulesoft-labs/raml-tck/blob/master/Examples/RAML10/Libraries%20001/api-tck.json#L70
