Fix: Disable refresh when home btn in header is clicked

I noticed that when clicking on home button it triggered a refresh rather than smoothly animating to home page, So I tried fixing that and arrived with this result.

Also please do note that I'm fairly new to contributions on github, so kindly let me know if i'm doing this the wrong way.
