publish htmlwidgets.js on npm #249

Should we publish htmlwidgets.js on npm? Then we could access easily from unpkg.com and reiterate that htmlwidgets extend beyond just R.

I would definitely like this. To deploy the output I have with htmlwidgets in an application, we would love to have htmlwidgets as just part of the normal asset pipe. The JS libraries that the widgets are for can be done this way but we have to do file includes for all the htmlwidget stuff.
