Thanks so much for the suggestion. Correct me if I misread but it appears the Jmol engine is a Java applet and the only javascript piece is a minimal controller. If this is the case, I think it will be very difficult to plug Jmol into rCharts. I'll spend some more time thinking about this case. Maybe @ramnathv has some ideas.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply. You are probably correct. Unfortunately I am not familiar enough with either rCharts or Jmol to do much but ask a question. Incorporating Jmol in R is still a good idea, but may not be possible. Thanks again.

@oakleaflr can we close this one, since it appears this is not possible?
Sure. Thanks for considering it.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing rCharts with the R community as well as casual observers like myself, You indicate interest in other Javascript graphics libraries..."If you have an interesting JS plotting library that you would like to see added, or have feedback, please post here on github." Can the Jmol library be added to the rCharts model? This would open up a very complete molecular plotting package to the R community as well as well as to the general scientific community. In any case thanks for your offer.
