Waterfall Chart #599

There is a waterfall chart with uPlot function but I didn't got it working with addControls. Is there any possibility of either implementing waterfall chart of dimplejs or support addControls with uPlot.

addControls has not been implemented in a generic way. I will take a look at how easy/difficult it is to add it for uPlot.
