Which R Base Version is compatible for RMaps #79

I am trying to install RMaps in R studio and getting the following error package ‘rMaps’ is not available (for R version 3.1.1) Which base version of R shoudl I use?

rMaps is NOT on CRAN, so you cannot use install.packages. Please follow the instructions in README.md to install the package.
