Generic How-to Issue #352

Everytime an issue comes up that is outside the scope of documentation, but still has a functional (and maintainable) answer, we should strive to document it in the form of a how-to or some other blog post (perhaps on slidify.org).

How to Navigate io2012?

There are three ways to navigate in io2012

Press o to open the overview mode, which allows you to use arrow keys to flip through to the desired slide.
Press g to open a box where you can type a slide number you want to Go To.
Press t to toggle a navigation list. You will need to include widgets: [bootstrap] for them to be styled nicely at the bottom of the deck as a horizontal list.
