Fix precision errors composing large tracks #2

The sample Ninco Starter v4 has a significant offset in the smaller dimension. Fix those errors by improving precision or applying some sort of correction.

Actually, the problem is the Ninco Starter v4 design. It counts on some flexibility of the tracks.

In commit 651546e0c9bf221f9b0bb6431274f16e0671a9c4 a large track was built to check errors and no significant ones were detected.
