Add flexibility to tracks. Distribute errors between joins #4

Tracks as Ninco Starter v4 has an overlap in the long dimension and some offset in the short dimension.

Consider offset in the x and y axis, plus differences in the orientation. Distribute these errors between the different joins and alert in the case an offset is excessive.

Distributed dx, dy error across all junctions in the track. Applied in commit 6a215e450bf2bedd47cc0c69d3fcf8773c67d9b3

Missing check track is closed Missing distribute rotation error Missing tolerances and possible tolerances per type of piece.
