No sleep parameter = null format exception #14

Exception thrown when "sleep" parameter is not specified.

Default value should be:
<param name="sleep" value="200">

Bug with function:
RawPrintApplet.getParameter(String name, String defaultVal)

Should be fixed in 1.0.6.
