jzebra applet won't register in asp.net secure webapp #140

Trying to run jzebra on web page in secured asp.net app gives error:

ClassFormatError
'Incompatible magic value 218762506 in class file jzebra/PrintApplet'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.9.1 Win 7 Pro

We had this issue in 2011 and it was an htaccess issue.  Here's the bug report:

The other issue I remember was related to cookies.  Let me know if you'd like 
that researched further.
