qz-print 1.7.0 or higher won't load using Safari (Windows)

I'm unsure how best to resolve this, so recommendations are welcome.

My testing shows adding the archive="./qz-print.jar" back in is safe so as long 
as the JNLP line is still there.  Since this will fix it for 2 of the 3 Safari 
Windows versions, I'm adding the archive attribute back in.

Marking bug as won't fix for now, since even Oracle's detect java applet won't 
load on Windows Safari.  Please reopen if you have some more information about 
this bug.

Note:  If using Safari on Windows, version 5.0.5 seems to be the newest version 
that works.
