Update travis to call new rampwf command line interface #7

For now I removed the coverage, as coverage run does not seem to work with command line scripts, only with actual python files.

I can see how to add it again, but, was there as specific reason you added the codecov? As I also don't see any output of it somewhere, and I am not sure of what it could measure the coverage.
