Can't click links or select text in identified layers panel #13

Describe the bug Clicking on links does nothing and you can't select text in the identified layers panel.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://maps-cartes.dev.ec.gc.ca/cccs_viewer/climate-maps.html#/?t=annual&v=tmax&d=dcs&r=rcp85&cp=-2092720.1025050804,1217754.588238689&z=5&ts=1
  2. Click somewhere on the map
  3. See the identified layers panel open. Try clicking on the link at the bottom of the panel or selecting any text in the panel.
  4. See fail

Expected behavior Should be clickable

Element being used to show fancy thermometer image is covering all the text and eating mouse clicks
