Export map is difficult to read #18

Describe the bug When user zooms in on map to a province, the features on map are impossible to read on the export

To Reproduce

  1. Open CCCS
  2. Zoom into St John's
  3. Export map
  4. Try and read the City names

Expected behavior I expect the map itself to have clear text in the export

Actual It is very difficult to read the features on the map

@milespetrov I wonder if we have options for making this higher resolution? The output export on RAMP3 seems clearer, and I think this might have to do with whatever compression is being used.. the pixelation on a labels makes it difficult to read, whereas things appear smoother in RAMP3.
