Describe the bug

The "Extreme Values" (cracks a Mountain Dew) are not populating.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Pick dataset Daily Climate Records
  2. Pick variable Record Snowfall
  3. Pick a day that is in winter
  4. Click a point
  5. Every Extreme Value shows cm ()

Also, the title should look like 

CACHE CREEK AREA, 1912-09-01 to 1998-11-30

and you just get
