Identified Layers panel opens when switching Time Period #9

Describe the bug Identified Layers panel opens with last remembered spot clicked when switching Time Period

To Reproduce

  1. Open CCCS
  2. Click somewhere on the map
  3. Close the Identified Layers panel
  4. Click a different Time Period

Expected behavior As I closed the Identified Layers panel, I expect the map to simply reload with the new time period

Actual The panel opens at the same coordinates as last pressed.
