Describe the bug More Information missing on Identified Layers panel when timeline selected

To Reproduce

  1. Open CESI
  2. Load Water Quality data set
  3. Click Historic button
  4. Click a Data Point. Scroll to bottom of panel

Expected behavior I expect the panel to have 'More Information'

This is actually expected behaviour, the historic layers will hide the more information in both the identify panel and the datatable!

Alright, shall I raise a separate issue for the 'Tested Substances' differing on the Panel? + Lang/Long + Core Site

I think the different information is okay as that has probably changed over time. However, there is an issue with the lat/long in the current view. It should only be 5 decimal places, that can be logged! Was there anything else I'm missing?

I raised it :). There is an order difference and Tested Substances differ. Its the same year (latest) on both panels, so I expect them to be the same.
