Detail pages for Greenhouse Gas Emissions are not loading #2

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://indicators-map.dev.ec.gc.ca/App/CESI_ICDE
  2. Click on any point on the default map, or GHG
  3. Click the "More information" link at the bottom of the Details pane
  4. A new tab opens...

Expected behavior I expect a nicely formatted report on the facility I just clicked. Instead I get an empty Canada.ca template.

Additional context image Parser problem, maybe a bug in the FME process for GHG?

@dnlnashed fixed this one already and is pushing fresh Detail pages to Dev.
