Embedded Maps page trying to find timeslider code, breaking identify (and possibly other functionality) #3

Describe the bug When accessing the embedded maps page and trying to identify, it throws an error in the console. timeSliderMode is not defined

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://indicators-map.dev.ec.gc.ca/App/embed_integrer
  2. Click on a point on the map
  3. See the identify panel does not get populated
  4. Open console to see error

Expected behavior Timeslider code should be ignored on this page, it should only be active on the main page
