QOL: Exporting Historical Map #8

Describe the bug When I export a Historical map, I have no indicator for the year I selected

To Reproduce

  1. Open CESI
  2. Load two data sets
  3. Click 'Historical' button
  4. Change to a different year
  5. Click Export. View screen.
  6. Export image. View image.

Expected behavior I expect to have some visual indicator in the legend or title that tells me what year I selected.

Actual No indicator. It could be any year on the timeline.
