Most maps that will be created with the config-editor will prefer a Lambert projection/basemap. The extent pickers work great, but the user must take the extra step of changing the basemap in the extent picker from Mercator to Lambert. Instead, lets make the default Lambert and allow users to manually choose Mercator.
