Layers button not opening the legend on most of the mobile maps #265

  1. On mobile, I can't seem to expand the layers panel in any of the maps, except for the first one.
  2. Latest Firefox mobile on OnePlus 8T. Chrome too.
  3. Scroll through the Storylines product to any RAMP-based map, hit the "layers" button (top right for me), the legend does not display.
