Symbol flicker issues on RAMP-based maps #267

From @mohsin-r:

  1. Toggling a symbol off via the legend causes the other symbols to flicker off and back on.
  2. Desktop Chrome (I imagine this applies to all devices/browsers though)
  3. Go to the map for 1.2 Kespukwitk / Southwest Nova Scotia (or any other one). Toggle off a symbol that is not Kespukwitk / Southwest Nova Scotia e.g. "Mixed Grass Prairie". Notice the symbol for Kespukwitk / Southwest Nova Scotia flicker off and back on after a second or so.

Not actually an issue... layers are just redrawing when toggled.
