Arrow inconsistencies on chart galleries #334

  1. Product: Academic Challenge: https://environmental-maps.dev.ec.gc.ca/ramp-storylines/index-ca-en.html#/en/0plctqat-zpde-a8ad-hji3-f6wkf476jb6t but probably all of them
  2. Language: Shouldn't matter
  3. Issue Description: Arrows on chart carousels are on top of the charts (I don't remember them being like that)
  4. Steps to Reproduce (if relevant): Chrome, desktop resolution, haven't checked other browsers yet.
  5. Recommendation (if relevant): Move arrows off of the chart, its hard to tell that you can switch charts because the arrows blend in

Bowerman,Dan (il, le, lui | he, him, his) I don't see the arrows at all in Firefox
