Map height is too tall for mobile under certain circumstances #339

  3. Issue Description: On mobile resolution, the map labelled Electricity Facilities Total Air Releases by Fuel Type 2012 to 2021 covers the entire text panel
  4. Steps to Reproduce: Make the browser as thin as possible and scroll down to the Electricity Facilities section. The map for this section is very tall and blocks all of the text. Continuing to scroll down just goes to the next section.
  5. Recommendations: Adjust map height
