Long title names are cutting off charts #340

  3. Issue Description: In mobile view, the chart in the PACs Reported to the NPRI section is cut off.
  4. Steps to Reproduce: Set the browser to mobile view and scroll to the PACs Reported to the NPRI section. Notice the chart is cut off.
  5. Recommendations: I believe the width may be miscalculated here due to the very long product name. We should try fixing that first and see if this fixes itself
