upgrade RAMP 3.3.5 -> 3.3.7 #344

Closes #338

This PR upgrades RAMP from version 3.3.5 to 3.3.7. This change was already done to Storylines a few months ago so no need to do it there.

Not sure how this all ties together in storyramp, but if you are hosting help content here as well, the help markdown files were updated in v3.3.7 (https://github.com/fgpv-vpgf/fgpv-vpgf/pull/4086). If they are needed you will want to grab the latest from the release zip (or the r2 repo if they have not been touched since)
