Probably want to think of an improvement to position the back button for dynamic panels on mobile resolutions, at the very least it should be visible next to the dynamic content. For example, in the above image when opening a text panel, there is no indication that the back button is attached to the content.
I think this marker would also help out with the current issue (with the long text-section dashboard on mobile) of helping users identify where dynamic content has been rendered after clicking a link, in combination with the new scroll behavior https://github.com/ramp4-pcar4/story-ramp/pull/351.
