remove view data table option from highcharts #354

Closes #337

This PR removes the 'View Data Table' option from Highcharts in the app. I opted to remove them because I don't think they have a purpose for our app, and because Highcharts doesn't allow for much flexibility with these tables to make them work properly on mobile. This option was already unavailable for charts sourced from CSV files, so it makes sense to have some consistency with JSON files as well.
