Text panel type does not open links in new windows #364

Markdown links do not open in a new tab, instead they hijack the current tab's URL, which is jarring for the user and makes it difficult to get back to where they were. This is not a problem for dynamic slides.

Band-aid solution is to use HTML anchor tags and target _blank.
