Charting - When chart has many columns, viewing data table doesn't allow user to see all columns #422

Description

When the ToC is expanded, hovering over any item covers the hexagon icon with hover text.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Sulphuric Acid Storyline
  2. Navigate to 'Releases of Sulphuric Acid' chapter
  3. Click the Menu icon on Releases of sulphuric acid in 2022 chart and then 'View Data Table'

Expected behavior

I expect to see all columns in the data table. If there are too many columns to see at once, I expect to be able to scroll left and right to see them all.

Actual behavior

I see up to 'Petroleum and Coal Product Refining and Mfg.' There is no scroll, so I can not see any further columns.
