ToC highlighting and navigation issues #427

Description

Not sure what caused this but two urgent issues involving the table of contents:

  1. Hexagons no longer fill when scrolling to indicate the current slide
  2. Using the ToC for navigation will result in placing the ToC out of view post-scroll
